Each bedroom has a full bed, ample closet space, and air conditioning. Laundry in unit and ample parking onsite.

New neighborhood in Puerto Morelos close to downtown and restaurants. Conveniently located in Riviera Maya between Cancun (~30 min north) and Playa del Carmen (~30 min south). Great location to explore the beach, cenotes, water activities, and Mayan ruins. Please note: the below HomeAway map misrepresents the location. It is recommended to look up Residencial Alborada in Puerto Morelos. This neighborhood is inland (4 km / 2.5 miles from the beach).

Located in a quiet, gated neighborhood with a pool on-site. The beach is a quick 5 min drive (2.5 miles), or an easy ride on the Colectivo (8 pesos) which stops just outside the front gate.

Nice new 2 bedroom condo in secure area. Great location half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen

Clean bottom floor unit with laundry, 3 A/C units, no stove ( who needs that on vacation) but had everything else you need and all new. Full time security on site. Puerto Morelos is a great little beach town. Cancun and Playa del Carmen are close by.
