Brand new centrally located, modern space. We only had an overnight and we had plenty of space (with 2 beds to spare) for 5 people to sleep. When you wake up in the morning, the ocean is right there as beautiful as can be. At night you an hear the waves. It is lovely and there are several great beaches nearby.

Took host Houzze likalmost 40 hours to send cleaning person to pick up garbage outside, dangerous at night,poor lighting, no privacy at all,entrance door in glass no curtains thats why i left,at the end mr:Houzze told me to out the garbage in top of the other one no garbage can outside abandoned building in front,went they say beach front i wosent expecting that,thats a hoyse divided into 2 apartments, no generator in case lights goes out

We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests: • Our cleaner did pick up the trash promptly, as we strive to keep the property well-maintained. • The property does have exterior lighting for safety, and we will double-check everything to ensure all lights are working correctly. • The listing clearly states that the house is a duplex with two apartments, and exterior photos show the surrounding areas to set accurate expectations. • We also disclose in the listing that there is no generator, which is common in Puerto Rico. We’re sorry to hear the property did not meet your expectations and appreciate your suggestions, which help us improve.
