Unit is great location and view is beautiful. However the work being done on the highway is unreal and very unsafe to try walk the road. Walking the beach is a much better way to the grocery store. Really wish the unit had a BBQ. That is a big negative in my opinion.

The location was fantastic and the unit was fully equipped. Couldn't ask for a nicer condo and its location in the complex in my opinion would be the best one . Host was easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best for my 7 day stay but no one can be blamed fot that. I highly recommend it

Bright and airy second floor corner unit in a safe and lovely complex.Very well stocked with everything you need including Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas and cooler to take to the beach if you decide not to sit around one of the two pool options.

Very nice place with a beautiful view. The condo had all the items needed to make your stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable. And the large heated pool is great. Easy acess to the beach for a nice walk. Whales, boats, birds all added to the enjoyment.

Property was great and as described. Had lots of beach supplies, laundry, and an amazing ocean front view from the wrap around balcony. Property has a huge heated pool and lounge area, as well as a cold pool. Convenience store and restaurants close by and has parking if you drive like we did. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Waking up to sunrise and whales every morning was incredible.

On the Beach!

This was our first stay in San Jose del Cabo. We found the condo to be exactly what it was supposed to be and we were very happy with it. Right on the beach, walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to the Centro. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

You never really know if photos from a listing are better than the actually place but in this case, the condo exceeded our expectations. Right on the beach with two pools, smart TV's, a full kitchen with appliances, beach chairs, towels and pool floats. We also liked that it was walking distance to good restaurants and close to grocery stores.

Spectacular

Really great place, book early and don’t hesitate if you can snap up a few days it’s worth it. We have stayed in the penthouse with over 1400 sq ft of terrace and views from all angles. This is vastly better. 2nd floor gets the best viewpoint and an easy jaunt down to pools and ocean.
