We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment regarding the pool and beach access. Unfortunately, we were not made aware until right before your arrival that the access would be closed. We understand how important convenient access is, especially when traveling with elderly family members, and we’re sorry this impacted your experience. Thankfully, all of the construction has now been completed, and that pool and beach access is open again for future guests!
