Beach passes included for 2 cars to South Kingstown Town Beach- next to the Ocean Mist and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream! The home is a 25 minute drive to Watch Hill and Newport. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 washer/dryers, central air conditioning, and a game room with table tennis, shuffle board and table soccer. This poolside vacation villa is an ideal location for a family vacation or couples get away. Maximum occupancy of 10 at the property at all times- strictly enforced. There is a 9pm community noise ordinance, this is a family oriented neighborhood!

We purchased this beautiful property in 2011 because of the close proximity to the area beaches and the walk-ability to Main Street.

Perfect South County RI location!

The home sits in a beautiful area and boasts a private pool and hot tub. It is an ideal setting for multiple generational families as if some like to sit and relax by the pool bar while others like to get out on the town, it offers something for every one!

The beaches have been rated number one in New England!

A short 3/4 mile walk from the home is the adorable Main Street where there are events almost nightly including River Fire, Shakespeare by the River, Jazz night and other live music. Check out the Wakefield Village Association online for more information.

Nearby there are mini golf and family fun areas, water slides, and world class farm to table restaurants.

Some day trips include Newport, Block Island, and Foxwoods Casino.
