We were looking for a dog friendly option for a last minute trip to the Denver area. I was a bit nervous as there was limited information on VRBO regarding this property. I was pleasantly surprised to find it to be a stand alone property- I was expecting it to be attached to the main property but it is its own structure next to a larger house. There did not seem to be anyone at the larger house. The fenced in yard was great for the dog. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. We had a bit of a learning curve on the coffee maker. We made use of the couch as a bed and the kids slept well. We used some of the pillows and extra blanket in the bedroom for the couch bed. The host was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. There was some information missing from VRBO for checkin / checkout information but the host was happy to provide that information.
