The gated property is 1.5 acres and is centrally located 15 minutes from downtown Grass Valley and 18 minutes to Nevada City. All roads are paved and easily drivable. The property has three separate buildings, 2 of which can be reserved at any given time (the owner will stay in the 3rd). The kitchen, formal dining room and living room are upstairs. Also upstairs is a 2 bedroom suite with a huge bathroom that includes 2 sinks & mirrors, a whirlpool tub, dual heads in the glass shower and a walk in closet. Expansive desks are off the kitchen, living room and master bedroom - all with sliding doors leading outside. Downstairs is the library/theater room, 3 bedrooms (one is a suite), a full bathroom, and 3 separate entrances opening up to decks. The home has separate climate controls for upstairs and downstairs for extra guest comfort.

The property is gated with a code to enter. The buildings all have lock boxes on the front doors. Codes will be sent prior to arrival. Guests are allowed and encouraged to explore the entire property. There are 4 sitting areas situated around the property with lovely flowers & trees and fountains. There is one hot tub that needs to be shared among the two reserved units.

Guests can reach the host by cell phone. Channels will provides the host cell phone number once the booking is confirmed.

The home is very close to a private airport which can be used by guests wishing to arrive by small plane. Please contact the host for details and arrangements for the using the airport.
