The listing his a spacious two story house at LUCCHESI Vineyards and Winery. The winery farms twenty acres of grapes and makes wine. The house has a private fenced yard and access to the pool. A tenant is in the pool house. The vineyard has 180 degree views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The Winery operates from 9-5 daily, but the residence is very private and serene.
Guest access
The pool area is a shared space. The house has a fenced private area. There is a lovely sitting area outside the yard that will be yours to enjoy privately after 5:00pm.
Additional requests
A late check out fee will be $120.00 for 4 additional hours. Beyond 4 hours a additional day may be assessed.

Thank you for your stay. You can leave the sheets on the beds. We will remove them. Gather the towels in the bathrooms. Please send me a message and let me know that you are leaving the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
