The Dreamy Draw Oasis is an impressive, eclectic and unique home in the heart of the Phoenix Metro area. Built by an artist, art collector, and rare mineral aficionado, his love for his native Arizona shines through in this home. Centrally located to most major attractions the Valley of the Sun has to offer, this 3800 square foot home is the perfect base of operations for your vacation. The Dream Draw area of the city where this home resides has long been a geographic focal point of the Phoenix region. Sitting perched atop natural rock hills, the setting provides phenomenal elevated views of the city, and the home has numerous elevated sitting and viewing areas from which to admire a famous Arizona sunset, or the sunrise. The owner of this home spared no expense to create a unique living environment with awesome natural saguaros scattered about the property, as well as an incredible pool area that is incorporated into the natural surroundings. This home is uniquely built and conceived and features a tremendous amount of rock, stone, and custom iron work, awesome native landscaping including saguaro cactus, and features tile throughout the home. Dogs are also allowed and welcome at the Dreamy Draw Villa!

This home is a 2 level home, with 3 bedrooms and a kid's den. The main level of the home has 2 bedrooms, a small kids den, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, a fireside sitting room, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining nook, laundry room, and a unique covered portico. The two sided gas fireplace serves both the living room and fireside sitting room. The fireside sitting room has an upright piano ready for the musically inclined guests. Upstairs is the unique master suite with an additional private outside entrance. Equipped with a gas fireplace, small bistro table, sitting area, large walk-in closet, and resort style bathroom, this room is a private escape unto its own. The master bathroom features an oversized Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate two people. Views of the city below from the master suite are incredible, and the unique geographic surroundings are unlike any other you might find in Phoenix.

The 3 full bedrooms are accompanied by a small kids den equipped with a bunk bed. All full bedrooms feature a king size bed, while the kid's den features 2 twin beds. In the fireplace sitting room area is a full sleeper sofa that can also accommodate one or two addition guests. In total, this villa can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. A "pack and play" crib is also available to accommodate small children and babies as well. 3 full bathrooms compliment the home. One bathroom downstairs has a small single vanity, toilet and walk-in shower. The other bathroom which has shared access from the two downstairs bedrooms features an extra-long granite top vanity with a single sink, toilet, and a very unique hand laid tile shower with small step in tub combo. An exterior door from this bathroom leads to a small sitting area and also to a set of steps leading to a phenomenal outdoor veranda with fabulous views, an outdoor table for dining or games, and a double reclining outdoor lounge. 2 twin size roll-away beds are provided when house is booked for the additional and 11 and 12th guest. These roll-away beds can be placed at guests discretion in whichever rooms they choose.

The kitchen area is equipped with a full stove top, full size oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Plates, silverware, wine glasses, and drinking glasses are provided for 12 guests. An assortment of cooking utensils is provided as well, including cook pots and pans. A gas outdoor grill is also provided for guest's use. Abundant cabinet space provides plenty of storage for your food. The kitchen is flanked by both a breakfast nook with fabulous views of the surroundings as well as a dining room sized table nestled in the dining nook between the kitchen and living room.

The allure of this home rests squarely on the phenomenal outdoor areas nestled among the natural and desert landscaping throughout the property. A fabulous pool resides among the natural landscaping. An outdoor gas fire pit on the pool-side porch provides an excellent cool evening setting for family fun. Above the home, small viewing areas have seating for watching the sunset along with awesome views of the city below. A unique upper veranda atop the home provides 360 views of the area as well. There is additional porch and portico lounge areas placed around the house as well, with outdoor seating in abundance. The property also features a large synthetic grass area that is fully fenced, perfect for pets and kids. In the synthetic grass area, a swing-set is provided for kids to play.


This home is in a unique setting and has a unique character. Here are a few things to consider when booking this property: This home resides in a hillside setting nestled among the natural shale rock formations. Likewise, the home has many stairs, transitions and unique features. Please understand that accessibility and mobility around the home might be difficult for those who are limited in their mobility. Also, the natural and landscaped environment in which the home sits can present risks due to the sharp, pokey, slippery, and generally desert-y environment. This house has also not been equipped with handicapped amenities, and as such access around the home may be limited. Parking on site is somewhat limited. A 2 car carport is provided, with additional parking available in the driveway. While there is no technical restriction on the number of cars that can park on site, you will be limited due to car size and number. The driveway is pitched and tight, and you may find navigating the parking difficult with too many vehicles on site. The gate will be unlocked and open during the entirety of the stay, and no vehicle will be allowed to occupy the area past the threshold of the gate. This home, as with all our rental homes, may see changes in decor and arrangement at any time.
