Home of the peacocks. Guests love the beauty of free roaming peacocks. Warning, they are known to crow like a rooster in the morning.

Beautiful Beach Townhouse getaway on a quiet cul de sac only 3 blocks from the Beach in Cape Canaveral. This place has everything you need to make you feel at home . . . full kitchen with dishwasher & also, "in house" washer & dryer! 2 full baths & 2 Bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The city of cape Canaveral requires a one week minimum stay. We welcome you to stay longer but require weekly cleanings at guest expense. Our cleaners have reasonable rates we can discuss should you decide to stay more than one week. We are an area that’s growing fast into an amazing vacation destination surrounded by great restaurants and especially the beach! Also…You're a mile away from taking an amazing cruise & only 40 min from endless Orlando attractions! We hope you decide to book your stay with us . . . we look forward to you being our guests and can't wait to welcome you!

Dogs are considered at our Amazing Cape Canaveral Townhome but must be approved. There is an additional $100 pet cleaning charge. In some instances we may require additional pet insurance.

We like to know the breed, size and age of your dogs prior to your acceptance.

*All pets must be part of your reservation.
(There is a $20 per day per pet fee. A special request fee will be sent to you requesting this payment.)
*All pets must be house trained. (NO INDOOR PIDDLE PADS) Older dogs and any dogs that have accidents are NOT allowed.
* Puppies and dogs that chew are NOT allowed.
*Please walk your pets outside of the cul de sac as neighbors do not want strange pets on their lawn. All messes left by your pet outside MUST be cleaned. Please
make sure to bring a plastic bag to clean ALL messes . . . We are counting on you to PLEASE be responsible!
*Dogs must be on a leash when you take them outside.

*As a responsible Pet owner, you only may not leave your pet alone unless it is crated ( never more than 2 hours ) Pets cannot be left alone outside if they are loud barkers.
*Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
*Owners are responsible for cleaning ALL messes. Our cleaners are NOT responsible for cleaning dog poop out of our yard. Extra cleaning fees will be charged if guest does not clean yard waste up from their dog.

Please leave things in place as you found them in a tidy manner. There will be additional cleaning charges for excessive hair in the event there is extra cleaning as a result of your pet.

* We love pets too, but these rules are written so you can be together. Our neighbors deserve quiet so please make sure to help keep the peace. Damages have been very expensive in a few instances and we want to make sure by all means to avoid them.

Perfect for us

It's cute and beachy with a cute lanai. The furniture was comfortable. It had a fully appointed kitchen and laundry. We would stay here again.

The two bed mattresses are in bad condition. They sag and make squishy noise as well.

The location is good but the AC did not work first few days and mattresses need replacements. I like the location.

Beach getaway

We stayed for a month. Very neat & clean. Good proximity to free beaches (0.8 miles) Almost everything you need, except food & drink is supplied so you don't have to run off to the store on day one. The couch and recliner were comfortable for TV watching. The mattress in the second BR and the patio furniture could use an upgrade. The hosts could not have nicer and were very accommodating.

East coast vacation

The condo was easy to rent. We have two small puppy dogs that travel with us and they were welcomed as well. Nice location, in a quiet culdesac close to restaurants and short distance to beach. The owner has the unit set up with most of what anyone would need for a Florida vacation. This condo was a great location for us as it is near the Merritt Island Wildlife and Cape Canaveral complex and Kennedy Space Center. If we were to return to this part of Florida, would hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent property for both professional and vacation stays

I stayed at this property for ~two and a half months while working at the nearby air force station. It was very conveniently located, quite spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The owner was extremely helpful with all issues, and even went out of her way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I'd recommend this place for both visiting professionals, and for vacationers.

Great stay with easy access to activities!

We came down for a Spring Break getaway, and this house was perfect for the two of us! It was close to the beach and not far from down town Cocoa Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach gear! Orlando is only an hour away (be prepared for toll roads), so it was easy to go to Universal Studios and Disney Springs. We would definitely come back to stay! Also, the peacocks were definitely a fun experience and the best alarm clock!

Margie's town home is perfect for a Florida/Orlando/Space Coast get-a-way. The property is impeccably clean, and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beach, restaurants, and attractions. Will look to rent again, hopefully sooner versus later.

Great Location in Quiet Neighborhood

Clean and comfortable for myself, a guest, and two small children. Nice amenities and added touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Loved the peacocks and the peacock theme! I’d like to start this review by urging you to disregard the poor review on this listing- it’s completely unfounded. We just wrapped up a very enjoyable 6 night stay. We could not have asked for a more convenient location. It is a little bit off of the main roads to be quiet, but also only a short distant from many attractions and activities. This is a great place to stay if you have a well behaved dog. There is a small yard and patio away from all the cars and many quiet neighborhoods to stroll down and explore. I also commend the owner on the cleanliness of this property. It was virtually spotless. And we also appreciated that everything worked! All the lights, windows, appliances, etc... when you stay at lots of inexpensive places, you get used to some things not being operational, but this place does not have that problem. While the beach is not far away, this is not a beachfront place. The nearest is a 15 minute walk, but there is not much parking. There are a few others close by. Overall, the quiet but central location made up for the short distance to the beach. The owner also has a couple bicycles that she will loan you if you ask her. Speaking of the owner, she was not physically but reachable, making her the perfect person to rent from. She provided us with all the info about the rental ahead of time and was easy to contact when we had a question about something. The place was very thoughtfully stocked with some essentials- lots of towels, cleaning supplies and a few toiletries. The washing machine in the unit is a huge bonus! There is a dishwasher but we just hand-washed and used the dish drying rack that is also provided. The area is also teeming with peacocks, which adds some interest if you don’t mind the calls in the morning. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property If you’d like to be centrally located in Cocoa Beach/Canaveral, but not be in a big city setting. A reasonable owner is also a huge bonus. We were grateful to find a great place to stay during our visit and we will definitely be staying again if we wind up in this part of the world again.

Bring your clothes and hit the beach

I almost don't want to review so it'll be our secret!! We had an awesome stay. Everything has been thought of in this property. Had to be one of the cleanest spaces we've ever rented. Walking or biking to the beach was easy you can access on the blocks to left or right with ease. Gated community on the direct access street but it doesn't slow you down as it's only one mile from door to shore. The beach is amazing I was able to swim two days of our winter stay. You'll love La Cantina right across the street we ate there four times and didn't get tired of it or disappointed by it. We also enjoyed the Cocoa Beach pier bar, can't describe the thrill out there at the end with the birds and breeze. Kennedy's lamp post was fun for nights out we love to go for karaoke and that's a great spot. We had a great ride on the motorcycle South on A1A where we found a hidden gem in the Bikini bar. Everyone here was so friendly and I know we will return to the cape as soon as possible. Owner is super nice and very easy to reach although we had zero issues to report. I definitely recommend the home, and the area.

We have a home south of Chicago with extra space since our kids have moved out on their own that we are renting and a getaway in Cape Canaveral Florida that we rent out while we are back home in Chicago. Why they chose this property

Our daughter and son have chosen Florida for their home. We travel between 2 states in our retirement years as 2 boys are still up in Chicago. We are excited about our future getaways from Chicago winters to Cape Canaveral, Florida. What's so great about Cape Canaveral??? Well there's Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Ocean! My favorite thing to do is walk on this beach with the warm waves splashing on my ankles. A 7 mile walk seems like nothing as we walk from Cape Canaveral to Cocoa Beach. The Pier becomes a perfect halfway point and the view is just breathtaking. Most times a cruise ship is in view and one of these days we plan to take one. Then there's Kennedy Space Center where you can view some our countries richest history of the past half century! Orlando is only 45 minutes away and there are endless attractions and restaurants there. The weather they say is about 5 to 10 degrees cooler than south Florida and the traffic is supposed to be worlds better than the gulf or South Florida. Many times, it looks like a private beach however we have been there during some busy times. I feel this area is a hidden gem . . .an amazing, down to earth get a way with some of my favorite small town eating places.

What makes this property unique

The town home on our quiet cul de sac is very home like. You won't feel like a tourist but like you belong there. The neighbors are very friendly yet keep to themselves. Traffic isn't so crazy as I think most tourists head for the gulf or South Florida. As for me . . . there's nothing like Cocoa Beach and the warm waves of the Atlantic Ocean splashing on my feet. This will ALWAYS be my favorite getaway!
