Covered outdoor porch and a 2nd story deck overlooking the water.
Large backyard with an outdoor gas grill, outdoor dining table, vegetable, herb and flower gardens. 5 minute walk to the beach, yacht club, kayak, paddle board, bike and boat rental at local marina, 3 blocks from village restaurants, coffee shops, children’s library, live music venues, bars, arcade, wine store, and shops.
