Designed by desert modernist architect Hugh Kaptur, Smoketree Racquet Club is a welcoming community in one of the most convenient and walkable locations in wind-free South Palm Springs.

Enjoy the largest private heated pool in Palm Springs, a large spa, pickle ball, and tennis. Walk to shopping, dining, and more. This pet-friendly, large 1 bedroom home is a lower level end unit with no stairs. Covered parking, clubhouse, fenced grass pet exercise area, and shared laundry in complex.

My all-tile home has an extremely well-equipped remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including microwave and dishwasher). We love to cook! There is an updated bathroom, wifi, 50 inch HDTV, digital antenna, and Roku (Sling Orange and Blue included) plus a shaded, tiled patio with a gas grill and grilling tools. The bedroom has a high-profile king bed with a new hybrid mattress.

I may not be in the Palm Springs area during your stay, but I do have on-site contacts who can assist you during your stay.

What a wonderful treat.

My wife and I loved our time here. The condo had a nice comfortable atmosphere that was perfect for our needs. We loved the quiet nature of the complex and appreciated the low key pool area. The floor-ceiling assembly was a bit thin and therefore we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Fortunately the bedroom had a white noise machine to help.

Solid Experience with Great Surrounding Community

Allison's apartment is located in a prime location in Palm Springs. Our stay was seamless and without any concerns along the way. The internet speeds worked well for two individuals video calling at the same time. The apartment was clean and the kitchen amenities were abundant. We very much enjoyed the kitchen as all appliances were modern and the layout was approachable for cooking together. We enjoyed meeting a few of the locals (social distanced) in the pool area - friendly and great vibes. Walkability score is high to groceries, dinner and lunch spots. Thank you Allison for the great stay!

Perfect size - thanks for letting my kitties stay here and for the great recommendation of Joyce as a pet sitter! Centrally located to everything you could want from Palm Springs. Condo was fully stocked and clean - I was was delighted to see toilet paper and paper towels and all the other kitchen amenities you could want. Thank You Allison!

Beautiful Condo and Gated Community

This is a very nice, clean and meticulously kept-up gated complex with a warm pool and jacuzzi close to the condo. A large group of friendly people gather around the pool daily and are very inclusive. My husband and I stayed from Feb 17 to March 17, 2018, the weather was wonderful. The location of the condo is centrally located in Palm Springs with good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The condo is clean and newly decorated, the kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner Allison was easily to get ahold of and very informative and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

What makes this property unique

This condo is located in one of the best areas of Palm Springs, between Deepwell and Twin Palms near Indian Canyons. There is little to no wind, and you can walk to everything: Shopping (Ralph's grocery and Jensen's Fine Foods, Walgreens, Ace hardware, Petco, and more), Dining (Elmer's, SO.PA, 533 Viet Fusion, Native Foods Cafe, the Purple Room, Chipotle, Koffi, Smoketree BBQ, Giuseppe’s) It is across the street from the Saguaro Hotel (El Jefe restaurant, pool bar, and spa). Less than 1 mile from the Ace Hotel (King's Highway restaurant). The free Buzz bus to downtown picks up and drops off right across the street.

It is also on the SunLine bus line (10 minute ride to Desert Regional Medical Center (DRMC) with no transfer needed).
