A house manual is provided on site with information about Internet and the house. We will also be mailing check-in and check-out instructions and our guest liaison is available for questions or concerns after you arrival.

**IMPORTANT !!! PLEASE NOTE: TRIP INSURANCE is highly recommended during Hurricane season (July 1 - Nov. 1). NATIONWIDE Mutual Insurance trip insurance is available at a cost of 7% x your trip cost. The refund policy for Twin Palms Paradise is Firm INCLUDING natural disasters. If a hurricane hits, and your reservation has to be cancelled, we WILL NOT REFUND unless you purchased trip insurance. Trip insurance can be purchased directly from me -- the policy is issued by NATIONWIDE Mutual Insurance Companies and Affiliated Companies, Columbus Ohio.
