Perfect get-away on the beach

This trip was a short stay , that being said we will be back for an extended stay. Perfect location and the house is so tastefully done. The added access to the upstairs balcony enhanced the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an upscale stay with all the amenities, this is the place !

Perfect location. Right on the beach. Views were spectacular. House was super. Very clean. Loved the chairs on balcony that were high enough to see over railing. All conviences were close by. Going have to bring grandbabies next time. Will book again.

The house was exactly what was expected and really better. The house was clean and stocked well for a beach location. I loved having access to all the beach towels. The storage room came in very handy and beach access was easy. We plan to come back next year and rent here again. We had 9 people in our group!

Great Summer Get Away

Beautiful, clean and quiet. We had 10 people in our group and there was more than enough space. The house is immaculate. The views of the ocean are beautiful. You just walk out the little fenced gate directly to the ocean. It is next to public beach access but this was not a problem whatsoever. Couldn’t have been more pleased!

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at this house. All amenities were as expected and more and the location is unbeatable. Good and fast communication from property owner. We had little kids and there were fun games and many sand toys for them to use along with boogie boards. Would definitely go back again. Only concern I had was we could feel the beds move at night which meant the house was swaying. I assume all inspections have been completed and the house passed.

Nice, clean, spacious house right on the beach. I love that there was a regular coffee machine. I usually bring my own machine, not a pod fan. They also have pod machines for the pod lover. =o) The beds were comfy too.

Wonderful views!

We had 13 of us staying with all ages from adult to baby. The listing says sleeps 14 but 2 of those are on the couch bed in the family room which was fine but heads up. We appreciated the high chairs, baby gates and porta crib they had available. We also loved that there were chairs, beach toys, a wagon, and beach towels for us to use. We stayed in dec when it was cooler and we were so excited to find a house with a hot tub. The beach was so close and the sunrise was beautiful. TVs in each bedroom. We had some unique requests and the prop mngr was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Beachfront delight

We had a group of four moms and seven daughters that came to celebrate their senior high school graduation. The moms fully enjoyed sitting up on the breezy deck playing mah-jong while looking out over our daughters as we had a service come and set up a pink cabana tent, loungers pillows, everything right in front of the house. The house was well equipped with extra pillows blankets for us to use as it got chilly this time of the year at night when the sun went down.. the girls enjoyed the hot tub as well! It was the perfect size for our group and yes, the beds were very comfortable! I wish I would’ve seen the note about the outdoor lights that you can turn on at night on the deck but sadly I did not see it until we are checking out. We would definitely consider renting from this property again. Property manager was extremely responsive to a few questions I had while we were there and before checking in. Thank you so much! This was a weekend for us to make wonderful memories with our daughters.!

Great Beach House for Making Memories

We had 8 adults and 5 children 7 and under and this beach house was perfect for us. Just steps to swim and play in the sand. The house was super clean, sheets and towels smelled so good. The one and only thing we did not like is the property has stickers so do not walk around without shoes. I highly recommend this place.

Loved this Beach House!

We had planned on heading to Ft Myers Beach and were scheduled to arrive 3 days after Hurricane Ian hit. We were able to quickly change our plans and the owners of this property worked quickly with us to secure our vacation. This house was fantastic! When they say it is on the beach, it is literally on the beach - head down the stairs, walk through the gate and BOOM, beach! The house was set up well for our group of three couples and a 1 yr old and even came supplied with a travel crib and high chair. We loved spending the morning out on the HUGE deck eating breakfast and playing some games before heading down to the beach. In the storage area they had coolers, pop-up canopies, beach chairs, sand toys and inflatables all ready for our use! We would 100% stay here again!
