Load the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put trash bags in wicker box on porch. If more than will fit in box, take trash bags to compactor near the smaller gated entrance.
Put AC at 76 when you check out. Turn TV’s and lights off. Put navy sheets and navy towels in washing machine select cold water and large load. Put 1 laundry soap pod on top of towels. Press Start
Put gate pass, pool pass, and parking pass on kitchen counter when you leave. Unplug coffee maker.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I really enjoyed our stay here ! Our only thing was lack of kitchen pans , no toaster, silverware was not the best . Other than that everything was great !

Thank you Dawn! I’m so glad you had a great time! I let your husband know that the week of July 4th we had a toaster when my family stayed there. It’s amazing what grows legs and disappears. I had also bought new pans while I was there. Thank you for letting me know. I will get my cleaner send me photos of my pan supply. There was a big pot for spaghetti, a pan for Mac-n-cheese or veggies, a frying pan, 2 cookie sheets, a muffin pan, and two cake pans. I will call you to see if those were still there. Maybe you needed more than that. I’m glad you loved everything else! It’s such a fun place overlooking the pool and next to clubhouse and gym. Please come back anytime! I will restock my pans if needed. Silverware can’t be expensive due to things disappearing.

We stayed for 10 days at this property and we will definitely like to rebook with them. Checking in was smooth and easy. We felt at home right away walking in to a nice cozy clean home. The Host would respond quickly with any questions we had and it made our stay so much more comfortable. This place is located in a great area and the community is amazing pool within walking distance and it is a nice huge pool and parking is very easy and convenient. My Family enjoyed our vacation and this home was a main part we did thank you and we will be back.

Great location for convenience. Short walk or drive to Walmart. Not exactly close to the beach, but not a problem for us as we spent our time at St Andrews for our beach time. However, just a step out the door to the pool and the pool is amazing.Super clean and conveniently located condo. Would definitely stay here again.

I'm so glad you had a great time! Yes, you have to cross the street and walk through Walmart's parking lot to get to the beach. The pool and game room are right outside my condo's door! I'm glad your family enjoyed it! Please come back anytime!

The place had a lot of square footage. Everyone had ample space. It was super clean. Nicely decorated. It was near everything we wanted to do. Literally feet from a Walmart but far enough removed that there was no trafffic at our resort community. The property was nice and clean and the pool was really nice.
