The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put trash bags in wicker box on porch. If more than will fit in box, take trash bags to compactor near the smaller gated entrance.
Put AC at 76 when you check out. Turn TV’s and lights off. Put navy sheets and navy towels in washing machine select cold water and large load. Put 1 laundry soap pod on top of towels. Press Start
Put gate pass, pool pass, and parking pass on kitchen counter when you leave. Unplug coffee maker.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location for convenience. Short walk or drive to Walmart. Not exactly close to the beach, but not a problem for us as we spent our time at St Andrews for our beach time. However, just a step out the door to the pool and the pool is amazing.Super clean and conveniently located condo. Would definitely stay here again.

The place had a lot of square footage. Everyone had ample space. It was super clean. Nicely decorated. It was near everything we wanted to do. Literally feet from a Walmart but far enough removed that there was no trafffic at our resort community. The property was nice and clean and the pool was really nice.
