This owner truly knows how to put together a fabulous unit! They have been relentless in making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. If you have recently stayed in this unit you will know, but if not then you are in for a treat. As you journey to the patio, you can relax and enjoy the view on the new patio furniture. Just through the patio doors, you will find that family time has never been easier in the spacious and cozy living room with brand new furniture. The kitchen is supplied with all the cooking essentials including a Keurig and drip coffee pot, and new full size front loading washer and dryer. Each bedroom is stocked with updated furniture and bedding. In the primary bedroom you will find a comfortable and new king bed with a private bathroom and balcony access. The guest bedroom has new queen and twin gel/foam mattresses that will give you the perfect night’s rest. In the third bedroom or the “Crow’s Nest” you will find two built twin mattresses with new beds as well.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
