This unique open-floor condo is your modern beach getaway. Unwind on the large private balcony that provides views of the Atlantic Ocean, swimming pool, and lush gardens below. The balcony offers enough distance from the swimming pool to ensure privacy and connects to both the main living area and the master bedroom through sliding glass doors.

Inside, the bluish-gray tile floors complement the clean coastal décor. The living area is furnished with a generously sized sectional, ideal for relaxing with family and friends after a sun-soaked day at the beach. A crisp, white kitchen surrounds the marble-topped island and dining table. Retreat to the primary suite, which includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen-size and single bed with a private entry to a second bathroom via pocket doors. Both rooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions. Finally, the third, cozier bedroom, known as “Crow’s Nest,” has two built-in twin beds

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
