SECURITY: For your safety, and our security, the house perimeter is monitored by security cameras. Because we respect your privacy, no cameras are located inside the house. City of Ventura STVR Permit #2287. This rental is subject to temporary occupancy limitations due to Covid19.

Quiet and relaxing beach town. House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood yet it is within walking distance to everything -- Ventura beach, restaurants and shopping. Downtown Los Angeles is not too far away, one hour drive (65 miles). The beach is peaceful and not too overly crowded.
