- Outdoor wood‑burning fireplace, covered deck & scenic dining area

- Game room, movie theater (100‑inch Roku) & PS5 for endless entertainment

- Kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi & workspace; family‑ready playroom & high chair

The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the ridgeline as you step onto the wraparound deck, the air crisp and still against sweeping 180‑degree Smoky Mountain views. Inside, the glow of an indoor fireplace and the gentle hum of a Sonos sound system invite you to linger. The scent of pine mingles with the faint steam from the heated pool, creating a cozy backdrop for morning coffee or evening conversation. Whether you gather around the fire after a day on the trails or unwind in the hot tub as the stars emerge, the mountains frame every moment.

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms accommodate up to twelve guests. Four king suites each feature an en‑suite bathroom and a Smart TV. The bunk room offers two twin‑over‑double bunk beds with its own en‑suite bathroom. All rooms provide bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, room‑darkening shades, and bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Indoor living

The main living area blends comfort with entertainment. A 100‑inch Roku TV anchors a dedicated movie theater, while a game room holds a pool table, arcade games, a poker table, and a PS5 console. An indoor fireplace adds warmth for winter evenings, and a dedicated workspace with high‑speed wifi and an ethernet connection supports remote tasks. Families will appreciate the children’s playroom, pack ’n play, high chair, baby safety gates, and a selection of board games.

Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all cooking basics. A spacious dining table seats the whole group, and wine glasses and barbecue utensils are provided for relaxed meals. A washer, dryer, and essential laundry supplies are ready for use.

Outdoor living

The covered deck delivers uninterrupted mountain scenery and a peaceful setting throughout the colder season. An outdoor wood‑burning fireplace offers a spot to warm up in fresh air, complemented by an outdoor dining area and comfortable seating. The indoor/outdoor heated pool stays between 82 °F and 84 °F year‑round, and a hot tub provides a soothing retreat on cooler days. Self‑closing, locking doors lead to the pool for added child safety.

Practical details

Free parking accommodates up to five vehicles, and a Level 2 EV charger is available. The home features heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first‑aid kit. A private entrance adds convenience, and long‑term stays are welcome.

Neighborhood

The hoise was beautiful and the views were stunning. We did have 6 grandkids whom all stayed upstairs and we as the grandparents stayed downstairs so the heavy foot walkong at 6 am was a little distracting but other then that it was absolutely a wonderful rental. The location was the best part of the rental. Its out of the busy town part but plenty of activities and restaurants were close by. Loved being up so high and secluded but close to everything. House had everything we needed. Kids loved seeing the bears everyday but a warning they aren't scared of humans at all. We were working a puzzle on back deck and went in to make a sandwich and bear came up on deck and start eating puzzple box . It did make a great memory!!! House was very clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely book this one again. Only thing i would suggest would be a gate at the entrance of the deck only you can be out enjoying hot tub or deck and bears will walk right up on you. If a gate was there at least you have somewhat of a warning i feel.
