About this property
To Camp or To Glamp?
Known as, ‘The Perch’, the tent is situated in a meadow adjacent to a vineyard and is surrounded with beautiful views of the green mountains. The tent has ample room to stand although it is fairly crowded from the beds (see pic). The perch measures approximately 16’ in diameter with two twin beds and one double bed.
The campsite has a picnic table, fire pit/grill and several Adirondack chairs. There is a self-composting outhouse a short walk away.
Please note:
• There is no running water. There is a solar powered outdoor shower and nearby rivers to refresh yourself.
•No pets or parties.
•Guests need to provide their own bedding/pillows.
•There is no electricity but there are solar powered string lights. Guests will need head lamps.
•This is a ‘pack in/pack out’ site. All food/ trash must be taken with you upon departure. Due to wildlife we encourage all food to be securely stored over night.
•The tent is not bug proof as there is airflow at the base of the tent. •Firewood should be brought in but can be purchased in advance. Message through the app if interested.
