Why they chose this property

This is a quaint neighborhood that is very walkable to bars, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. It's approx 2 blocks from Mass Ave and walking distance to Bottleworks. The neighborhood has historic homes with beautiful flowers in most of the yards. It's approx 1 mile from center of Downtown Indianapolis.

What makes this property unique

It's a historic home restored with a lot of labor and love. It has an open loft for the bedroom, exposed brick, original rustic wood floors on main level, a super cute kitchen stocked with all the necessities. There is an amazing stone patio with beautiful landscape inside a black metal fence.
