Brand new, two-story townhouse at Compass Bay gated community. Its ideal location allows the guests to have a short car ride to the restaurants, shopping malls, attraction parks, and all the leisure and entertainment options that Orlando/Kissimmee area has to offer.
This community is situated on Poinciana Blvd. between US 192 and SR 535 with easy access to major Florida highways, such as I-4, Osceola Parkway, and International Drive. Compass Bay amenities features gazebos with BBQs, playgrounds, and a swimming pool.
The vacation home is decorated with a modern touch and has fresh and vivid colors where guests will find it the perfect place to relax and enjoy after a long day of doing activities in the area.
On the ground floor, guests will find a comfortable family with 50 Smart TV, a dining room along with a fully stocked kitchen.
The upper floor consists of a Master Bedroom with KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a QueenSize bed and en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms with TwinSize beds each and sharing the bathroom with the glass box shower.
All the bedrooms have 44 Smart TVs. The Washer/Dryer area is on the hallway of the upper floor.

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.
- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

4. Rental Cars:

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!
✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.
✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
