A cosy nook in a perfect location—great for a visit to Dallas or for extra space when family comes to town. An ideal spot, right in the neighborhood and steps to lower Greenville (and Trader Joe’s!).

Listing was clean and very spacious for a studio. I appreciated that the kitchen had enough equipment to do some cooking. A couple issues I had- the listing states that there is a washer/dryer but these appliances aren't in the unit. Instead, the host offers a pickup/dropoff laundry service for 10 dollars. I feel this is a bit misleading. There were ants in the apartment and there were a couple instances of them being in the bed. I was bitten by one overnight.

We enjoyed our first time stay in the area and this place and the location is Amazing! Loved all the amenities of the place too! Both managers were very helpful and quick to respond when we needed assistance late in the evening when we arrived. They truly want you to have a great time while at their place!
