Our stay was wonderful. The location is perfect allowing access to AMI w a short, beautiful walk across the bridge. We passed cars on foot as they stood in line waiting to cross.The place was immaculate, well stocked, and a great place to hang out. The elevator was particularly beneficial for my mom who uses a walker.We highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Clean rooms, location is nice, family friendly. I don't expect a stocked condiment bar, but more than 1 garbage bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 baths, 1 roll of Econo papertowel, no dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, no laundry pods, surface cleaner? The house is bare bones. None of the extras are required, but a salt and pepper shaker, and maybe a single coffee pod would start it all off a little better. All good though, 3.85

We appreciate the feedback, just to clarify, we only provide start up kits that gets you settled, once it runs out, guest should be able to buy what they need in the nearby stores. The location was great! Just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island. Overall the unit was clean, but there was mold on the shower curtain that made the bathroom smell like mildew.A few amenities were listed that were not available: blow dryer, ironing board, and iron.A few items in need of repair, that should've been taken care of before we checked in: 1. Patio chair that was broken, and had someone sat in it, they would've fallen backwards.2. Toilet paper holder in the Jack and Jill bathroom was hanging off of the wall.3. Television in one of the bedrooms not working. Communication was not so great. It took several "attempts" to get someone to deliver the blow dryer that they stated was an amenity. Seems like there is a communication problem between whoever is fielding the chat and the management. We would consider staying at the unit again if they get their act together.
