The home was perfect for our fall break vacation. The outdoor space was wonderful and pool and hottub were perfect. Jennifer was very responsive as well. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great spot for our multigenerational family vacation. Location was perfect. Easy to get to the beach & Pine Street shops & restaurants. Outdoor area was awesome - just be careful when the tiles around the pool get wet!

Great location, one block from Pine and close to the Pier. House was as advertised and very clean (especially the linens). We appreciated the extra amenities of ping pong, a putting green and corn hole by the pool. The pool temp felt great and the shaded entertainment area was enjoyed by all. Thank you!

You couldn't ask for more in a vacation rental property. It was exceptional in all respects. It was spacious, extremely well furnished and had all the comforts of home. Plenty of towels and beach furniture. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. The host was extremely responsive.

This house is amazing! Such a great spot, in a great neighborhood thatā€™s walkable to the beach, coffee shops, and more! Itā€™s spacious for a big group and the backyard pool is great!

I will start with the listing. The listing is spot on. When you walk into this house, you are literally having your breath taken away. Think of being at a resort minus the crowds, and having the entire resort to yourself. That is what it is like here. We had an intimate family gathering with 12 family members. There was way more space and rooms than expected. The pool, the hot tub are amazing. The house is 5 min walk to view Tampa Bay, a 5 minute walk to local eateries, and a 10 min walk to some of the mist beautiful water and beaches. This house has everything. Beach chairs, coolers, a wagon to take all of your beach stuff to the beach. The grill is immaculate. The kitchen is perfect. The balconies are perfect. We will be back. I rate this home 10 stars.

The house is spacious, clean, and well kept. Great for large groups and a relaxing stay. Very walkable & quiet. They had several beach items such as coolers, umbrellas, chairs, etc.. However, for the cost of the house we were disappointed in the amount of basic necessities provided (i.e. toilet paper, trash bags, etc). They did let us know this would be the case prior, but even with notice it did not seem appropriate for the price point. We also experienced difficulty contacting the host post checking in. Overall a great stay!

Hi, We do only leave a starter set that will get you through 24 hrs until you can make it to the store. that is noted in our checkin information as well. 2 rolls of toilet paper in every bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a box of 10 trash bags, one load of laundry soap, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge for washing dishes, and unlimited shampoo, condtioner, and body wash in every shower. If you needed more and did not go to the store I would have been happy to bring more over. We would love to host you again in the future.

This was our first VRBO. Jennifer was wonderful to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. The home was beautiful and immaculately clean. Everything was in good condition and worked as it should. It had a well-equipped kitchen. The location was on a good part of the island that was less commercialized with great beach access.I recommend this property.

We had such a wonderful time at this house. Weā€™d give more than 5 stars if we could! The host was responsive, patient and kind. She personally delivered a couple things when needed, answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The house was large and spacious, comfortable, as advertised and fit our large family perfectly. Great location, as well. We hope to be back someday!

We did a cousins/aunts trip for a 50th birthday and this house was perfect! Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for all 12 of us! Walking distance to shops/food but we did rent a golf cart for trips to the grocery store and beach. Host was very responsive when we had a toilet issue. Would definitely stay here again!
