Beachfront Oasis, Seabrook, NH - One step to the beach!

This beautiful ocean front condo, which has been completely renovated, is the perfect beach oasis. This three bedroom one bath home is steps off the warm sand. Other homes claim "you don't get any closer to the ocean than this" I claim to be closest of all home to the ocean, just read my reviews! Sit on the deck and enjoy the crashing waves or grab a boogie board and enjoy the surf! This home is decorated in calming blues and greens with all brand new furniture. There's an out door shower and beach chairs. The beds have linens and the home has towels (bath and beach). This home is located on New Hampshire's premium 4 star, family friendly, Seabrook Beach. Enjoy the arcades in Salisbury or Hampton beaches, or perhaps a nice stroll through Newburyport, Ma or Portsmouth, NH, just minutes away. This house is a duplex (2 condos side by side). My wife and I live next door.

Fantastic, clean, comfortable, quiet, newly and beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, one bath unit directly on Seabrook beach - just step off the deck and you're on the beach! Easiest ever check in, very attentive host. Good parking. Ten minute drive to all the goings-on at Hampton and Salisbury boardwalks.

Best Vacation Ever

The house was perfect, clean and on the water. The hosts were so sweet and friendly. We did not want to leave. Just to be able to put down devices and disconnect was just the reset we needed. We will be back next year. Our new favorite place. ❤️

Two steps to beach

A wonderful clean cute beach house. Literally on the beach. Myself, my daughter, her girlfriend and her mom on a college visit The owners are very friendly and excited to share their knowledge in the area. The beach is soft sand. Location is great. We were just over hour to Portland Maine. Great smaller ports close by. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great week at this beautiful house. The view and location is Amazing. House has everything you need including towels and linens. I cannot say enough great things about this house. Wonderful time!

This property has a wonderful view, is beautifully decorated and was sparkling clean. It is even better than the pictures. The house was fully stocked with kitchen items, bed linens, towels and more - they even had beach toys. The hosts also left some welcome items including snacks, waters and milk which was a great treat when we arrived. I spent two weeks there with friends and family and we had such a terrific time that we were sad to go home.

Beautiful house, location and stay!

The house was impeccably clean and had such beautiful design and colors. Loved the view from the living room window and the porch that overlooks the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we ever needed, in fact, so stocked that the owners had some wonderful goodies for us that allowed us to just arrive and make a quick meal w/out having to run out to restaurant or market since we just wanted to relax on the beach. This was a great location for our two little ones (ages 2 and 5). There was a sand dune right up front that allowed a bit of privacy and our own "personal" beach where we could have the kids lay out all their beach toys. Owners also were so kind to set up a mini pool where the kids could have their own private beach oasis and we can feel safe watching them from our front porch, enjoying a nice glass of wine. My husband even got to enjoy surfing, SUP and kayaking right from in front of the house! Owners and their family were so kind and hospitable, felt like extended family. Our 5 year old son had a great time playing with their 6 year old granddaughter. It was great seeing the two of them playing and entertaining themselves. We tried extending our vacation or planning another one this year, but all booked up and no surprise! We will certainly be staying here again!

We have stayed in the Hampton/Salisbury beach/ Seabrook area for about 7 years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. You can’t ask for a better location. The house was clean and kid-friendly. My family has already asked to book here again for next year. Chip was a great host. We will be back!

The Best!

This was our best experience in almost 50 years of renting in Seabrook! We made our reservation for next year on Day 2 of our vacation. The picture is from our last evening taken from the deck. If the ocean feeds your soul, I highly recommend. The owners are helpful and welcoming.

Great Place!

Adult family vacation to be in the ocean and see sun rises and hear the ocean. I cannot say enough about this property. Sometimes photos don't represent the place, this place exceeded what we expected. Highlight, even with 22 kids, snack basket! The owners are right on property, which is a plus and they are the nicest people. If you want relaxation, great beach, great living area and kitchen space, this was the place. I would go back here if I ever travel back to the coast. Thanks for the hospitality.
