The outdoor areas were just as described nice hot tub and game area was enjoyed by all. The pond was quite a distance and we never found the tennis courts and community pool until the last day of our stay we learned it was located in the neighborhoods to each side of the one the house is in. The beach is more like a 30 min walk thru unfamiliar communities, with no signage or directions along the way. The house itself appears to be a fixer upper with a poor paint job in several of the rooms and in great need of an additional bathroom. Very hard to share one small bath between 3 bedrooms.
