Short stay in Bordeaux

Great garden and Pool! Plus most lovely hosts! No AC, but also in summer the nights are cooler here than at the Mediteranean Coast, so that sleeping is no problem.

Fabulous rustic charm

Wonderul hosts made us feel very welcome. The pool is shared with the hosts, who made us feel very relaxed, but the accommodation has its own private garden and terrace too. Very comfortable and homely with good WiFi too. Will come again!

De beaux moments en famille

La maison de la Pimpine est parfaite pour séjourner près du Château de la Ligne. Nous avons pu nous y retrouver en famille dans un très joli cadre verdoyant, avec beaucoup d'espace et d'activités possibles dans le jardin. Maxine et Franck sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans le cadre de notre mariage.

Beautiful setting with helpful hosts

The place is a nice size with access to a great pool that is shared with the very friendly and helpful hosts. The place has a pretty setting with a great outdoor area which is great for spending time outside in the evening. The area feels secluded but is in close proximity to several vineyards in the local area.

בית מאובזר באופן מושלם בסביבה יפיפה בין הכרמים מטבח עם כל מה שצריך, 3 חדרי שינה זוגיים, סלון, חדר רחצה ו-2 שרותים מיקום מעולה לכל אזור בורדו בעלי הבית מקסין ופרנק נחמדים מאד, עוזרים בכל דבר גינה מדהימה כוללת גינת ירק, משחקים רבים לילדים, בריכה כיפית בעלי חיים כולל 2 כלבים חמודים מומלץ בחום משפחה עם רכב

Amazing Stay, Amazing Hosts!

Maxine and Franck were great hosts and their gite was absolutely beautiful. The location was ideal, being near the bike path and within driving distance of many wineries, chateaus, and the city of Bordeaux. The property was incredibly well-kept and great to hang out at! We enjoyed the hosts so much that we were disappointed whenever we did NOT run into them around the property! I hope to return to stay again in the future to see Maxine, Franck, Rio, Goldie, and the fancy chicken.

Great holidays !

We spent a week at Maison de la Pimpine in family and enjoyed it a lot ! The place was very spacious, clean and quiet with great outdoor areas and a nice swimming pool. The owners live nearby and are always ready to help and very accomodating. If you are looking to spend a nice week near Bordeaux and in the heart of the wine region, we recommand definitly this place.
