Why they chose this property

Downtown Weaverville is as quaint as it gets. Historic Main street hosts our homecoming parades, 4th of July parades, and many enjoyable small-town community events throughout the year. There's unique places to shop, an amazing ice cream parlor, (which also boasts gourmet grill cheese sandwiches), a local micro-brewery, multiple coffee shops and bars... and you're walking distance to it all!

This building has been around for well over 100 years. The history and nuance of this cozy cottage nestled in the heart of the downtown historic district is a fun attraction for tourists and returning family members alike.
