Host was great, property management was great. They were very helpful when we requested necessary amenities. The cottage was too small for two families. The photos were misleading online. The house was cold even with the fireplace and the space heaters. I know you can’t help mother nature, but there were spiders everywhere everyday. The bedroom downstairs there was a stain on the comforter. There was a kitchen towel that was white that was stained probably from coffee. It did not seem thoroughly clean.I would not recommend staying there nor would stay there again.

The cottage is a cozy mountain home, and we always recommend reviewing the listed square footage and layout to ensure it’s the right fit for larger groups. The fireplace in the center of the home has always been known to keep the home comfortably warm, and we do provide additional space heaters in case anyone enjoys additional heat. We have not had ongoing concerns with the home staying warm. Cleanliness is very important to us, and had we been notified about specific items during your stay, we would have addressed them immediately. For future guests: this is a charming, well-maintained cottage best suited for those looking for a cozy McCall getaway within walking distance to downtown, and our team is always quick to respond to any needs that arise.
