Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you are staying over Sunday night, please take both trash cans to the street for the trash pick up Monday morning.
Please gather all towels and put them in the bathtub before leaving
Upon leaving, please make sure you use the smart lock to lock the door along with locking the back door as well and turning off all lights and leaving the air conditioning on 75
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave all remote controls in their perspective rooms.
Please do not leave the front and back door is open as we do not want insects in the house
Please be courteous and conserve energy when possible, especially when you are not there

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! The location was perfect... just a short drive to all the attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house is small, but perfect for couples. It offers plenty of storage and has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. It’s quaint, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the back patio with a fire pit and the convenience of the outdoor shower. Such an adorable place. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Why they chose this property

I love this little neighborhood when I was young. I grew up coming down here to go to the beach with my boyfriend and their parents had Home in the Villas! It is so close to Cape May and Wildwood so you have the best of all of the shore points really! The sunsets in the villas are completely amazing and the little town is so great with everything you could need Convenience stores, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pharmacy, golf, bars and Just minutes from so many other attractions. It’s perfectly situated away from the hustle bustle and it’s just so peaceful but if you want to go to the boardwalk or go to an amusement park, it’s only 10 minutes away! It’s a great getaway, especially in the off-season as well. If you just want to come and relax sit at the bay beach read a book it’s amazing!

What makes this property unique

My property is brand new and has state-of-the-art appliances, all new beds, televisions, and smart technology. We have a great little yard and room to relax without being right on top of another property! First of all, I keep it affordable so that everyone can enjoy it!
