I choose this neighborhood since it is central to everything in my city. There are local restaurants, bakeries, grocery, liquor, clothing and shoes stores all in walking distance from my home. You can walk to the bus nearby to explore the rest of Nassau if you do not have a car.

My property is secure and safe with gates that only rental persons and myself can access. My property is very peaceful on the inside and outside. You will not know if it is day or night unless you come out of your unit.
