THE SPACE
"JoAnn's Dream" comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests across 4 spacious bedrooms and an upstairs game loft. The layout includes a Primary King Suite with a private ensuite, two guest bedrooms each featuring two queen beds, and a versatile loft with queen beds and twin-over-twin bunks—perfect for kids. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring double ovens, granite countertops, and a spacious pantry, ideal for preparing large group meals.
The open living area offers a cozy spot to relax with two sofas and a TV with Starlink satellite service. For entertainment, the upstairs game loft is packed with fun, including bumper pool, shuffleboard, and board games. With 3.5 bathrooms featuring walk-in showers and tub/shower combos, there is plenty of space for everyone. This home is a standout among Bolivar Beach House Rentals.
