This property has a great location. It is close to Green Lake, as well as Phinney and Tangletown. The property is spacious and sets up well for a family

Melissa, being steps from Green Lake with Phinney and Tangletown nearby is exactly the kind of setup that makes a family trip easy to enjoy. Glad the space gave everyone room to spread out.

We had a lovely stay at Allen’s home. The home is attractively furnished, with a comfortable kitchen and living room area, three full bathrooms and a powder room on the main floor. We did not travel with young children, but the kids’ bedroom is adorable. The garage accommodated our compact SUV nicely, and it was convenient to park there even though there is safe street parking on the block. The neighborhood is leafy and quiet, with beautiful flowers and trees on the adjacent properties. We also enjoyed the rooftop when it was sunny. There is a full service grocery 3 blocks away as well as a number of restaurants and shops. We would happily stay at Allen’s home again when visiting our daughter and her family in Seattle.
