Common Area: Open-concept layout with fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with cable, queen sofa sleeper with linens, window A/C system, ceiling fan, dining table, and sitting chairs. In-unit washer/dryer for added convenience.

Lanai: Bistro table with 2 chairs and partial ocean view — the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

Beach gear provided: chairs, umbrella, and cooler (no snorkel gear). Please rinse sand off before bringing items back inside.

🏨 ZONING: This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short-term rental ban.



🌬 COOLING NOTICE: Bedroom does not have A/C. The main living area includes a window A/C unit and ceiling fans throughout for comfort.



🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos — they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck. Please don’t harm them.

The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice excess pest activity, we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.
