The property has great potential, and Shahmir is just getting started with short term rental properties. I gave him some tips on how to make the experience better for guests, and he was open and appreciative for that info. The house is within walking distance to the Galleria Mall (which is an incredible mall). The space is large with living areas on the main floor, 3 bedrooms (including primary with ensuite) on the second floor, and a 4th bedroom with its own bathroom making up the entirety of the 3rd floor. The kitchen is large and Shahmir is working on stocking it a bit better, along with getting patio furniture and a grill back on the patio. We paid 1000 for 4 nights. With some updates, decorations, and amenities improvements, I could see this place going for 300-400/night.
