Step into a welcoming retreat designed for comfort and convenience. Your private bedroom, located at the end of the hallway on the left, comes with a dedicated bathroom just across the hall, ensuring easy access and privacy.

As you enter the home, the spacious living room greets you with an 85” TV paired with a Bose entertainment system, a mesmerizing fish aquarium, and a NordicTrack treadmill with incline features. Off the living room, a large private patio invites you to relax and soak in the serene surroundings.

**Bedroom 1**
Bright and airy, this room offers a King Tempurpedic bed, a desk and chair with a lit vanity mirror, a closet, a small fridge and freezer and two large windows flooding the space with natural light.

**Private Bathroom**
Conveniently located across from both bedrooms, the bathroom includes a spacious sink, a tub/shower combo, a duvet, and essentials like towels, washcloths, a hairdryer, curlers, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps.

**Kitchen Access**
You’ll have full access to the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a rice cooker, espresso kettle, French press, coffee, tea, water kettle, raw and cold-pressed juicer, microwave, stove, toaster, boiled egg maker, and BlendTec blender. Note that the full fridge and freezer are not available, but I can provide a cooler with advance notice.

**Outdoor Oasis**
Unwind on the covered patios, where comfortable seating invites you to enjoy the cool mountain air, vibrant flowers, and soothing music. Perfect for reading, working, or even a quick nap. The pools lounge chairs and cabanas are nice as well!

Guests may also enjoy the clean and outdoor heated pool, dry sauna, hot tub and full gym with weights, dumbbells, kettle bells and resistance exercises.

**Cleaning Protocol/ Humidifier/ Parking**
Your bedroom and bathroom are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival, with a humidifier available for added comfort. You’ll have one dedicated, free, covered parking space, with additional uncovered spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

**This is a shared stay home. Within the property also live 2 sweet cats.

-Your bedroom has a desk with lamp, a seat with a lit vanity mirror, a queen-sized bed that raises, a closet, and two large windows for a lot of natural light.

-The private bathroom located across your room includes a large sink, a duvet, a tub/shower combo with a hair dryer and amenities.

Guests have full shared access to the kitchen with the exception of a full fridge and freezer. I can accommodate with a cooler if I know to. My kitchen is equipped with a rice cooker, espresso kettle, French press, coffee, tea, water kettle, raw and cold pressed juice maker, microwave, stove, toaster, boiled egg maker, BlendTec Blender.

There are several types of comfortable seating on the covered patios for enjoying the music, flowers, and cool mountain air while reading a book, working on your computer, or even napping.

Rest assured that everything in your bedroom and dedicated private bathroom is washed and disinfected before your visit. A humidifier is available.

There is a dedicated parking space for you that is free and covered.

Our location is ideal for active guests who want to explore Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. 2 minutes from Garden of the Gods,,10 minutes from Manitou Spring/Incline/Old Colorado City.
