About this property

Resort located in the heart of Colorado Springs

Beautiful views in a full and private basement apartment that is newly remodeled. Granite, stainless steel appliances, kitchen, laundry with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Charm of a wood burning fireplace, private use of a saltwater spa, charcoal grill, private patio with firepit and much, much more. Private entrance, offstreet parking in a high end Jo neighborhood that is beatiful, safe and convenient. Close to the Airforce Academy, Garden of the Gods and I-25.

We have a wonderful long term tenant upstairs and my wife and I live next door. . Our recent remodel included ceiling insulation and double sheetrock ceilings, so noise is not an issue. We are very laid back, but we do not allow smoking or drugs. We cater to couples, business travelers and families. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. Thanks for understanding!

We loved everything about this place! As we pulled up the first time, there were two deer waiting for us! Our kids loved it. We had deer each day we were there. The space was clean, had everything we needed and more. We loved the hot tub and fire pit! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area.
