Had a fantastic stay from 23/08 to 20/09/25.Anne is a really thoughtful and informative host.The villa is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The outside kitchen and pool are great. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which is cleaned twice a week.We visited several places in the area and in some very good restaurants. All in all a fantastic holiday, thanks Anne.

Lovely villa in a brilliant location

We stayed at Villa Maria in a very warm period in Spain and had a lovely and relaxing time. The area was fab; some lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as a lovely, family friendly little beach and Moraira just down the road. Anne showed us around herself and was so helpful with places to go, providing pins to help us find the place before arrival and a suggestion of a supermarket to nip to on the way. The property itself was lovely, well equipped (amazingly so, even down to herbs, spices, oil and vinegar), includes a truly beautiful 600 year old tree and the pool was just perfect to dip into in the weather. We had a lovely time. Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing

We can't say enough about our stay at this villa. The communication with Anne and the location of the villa are all fantastic. The villa is particularly well equipped with everything that you could possibly ask for. All the beds are incredibly comfortable and the outside kitchen was used every single day apart from when we went out to eat. The pool is kept very clean and is great for families, even two teenagers! The local beach bar is also very much worth a visit either to eat or have a drink or during the day to snorkel. The general area of Moraira is really lovely with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops as well as the marina. We would recommend hiring a boat and going to the coves and caves that are a short boat ride away. We will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic stay. Anne was an excellent host, who was always on hand to help if we needed it. The villa was clean, well equipped and suited us as a family of multiple generations visiting. It was also lovely that there were different outside spaces.

Brilliant Villa. Short walk to two great restaurants. The beach bar does great breakfasts. Ol La La restaurant over in the next bay is a short walk away, 15 mins and worth it. The Villa has all you need and Aldi is a perfect local supermarket, would recommend Pepe supermarket which is 5 mins by car towards Moriara.Calp is great for the beach and has easy parking.Great place. Nice and quiet but not far from both Moriara and Calp.Easy to get taxi to and from Moriara too.

Heel proper huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt.

Heel goed verblijf, top communicatie met Anne. Misschien wel raadzaam om in de toekomst andere zetelbedjes aan het zwembad te voorzien, want deze lagen niet prettig. Voor de rest alles top!!

Amazing villa very well equiped like a home from home. Everything you may need was available. Anne was just wonderful very helpful and shared so much that made our stay great. For example events like the christian festival with all relevenat info. Its one of the best stays we have had and can not wait to return.Thanks so much for going above and beyond.

Original description gives impression of 1 level house but it is an upside house with many steps which would prove difficult for person with mobility issues.Also disappointed that front drive area and pool terrace we're not cleaned. We had to sweep the pool terrace for it to be presentable.Anneis very friendly but we nicknamed the property casa don't because of all the things not to do in the email before we arrived a d various notes posted around the property

Enjoyed our stay in Benissa. Too early in the season to enjoy the unheated pool, but it was lovely to sit beside. Kitchen was very basic but clean and functional. Anne was lovely to deal with and easily available for questions or concerns. Hope to be back soon

Great Stay

Enjoyed the property. It suited three of us well. The host provided everything we needed including some welcome items in the fridge and she was there for us if we had any questions. The villa has a view of the sea and there is a clifftop walk close by. Great location, thank you Ann.

Allt var toppen!

Mycket välskött och huset hade allt man behöver och mer därtill. Man behöver bil för att ta sig runt men det är korta sträckor det handla om. Anne var alltid tillgänglig om man hade frågor eller undradre över något. Vi kommer att resa dit igen.

Fantastic villa, excellent location, beautiful coastal walk

We had an excellent stay in June at this lovely villa, very clean and spacious exactly as described great air conditioning, lovely clean pool and great barbecue area which we ate at a good few times. Anne was very attentive checking that everything was ok and suggested things that were nearby. It was only a very short walk to the small beach nearby which had a nice bar which we had a drink at looking out at the sea. We did a beautiful coastal walk from the villa to Calpe and a few stops on the way it was very scenic. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and we went to the Aldi for our own food which is only a 2 minute drive and within walking distance. The location is excellent as you don’t always need a car which is sometimes hard to find with a villa. All in all excellent and we would definitely go again. Thank you Anne.

Estupendas vacaciones!!!!

Una casa en zona muy tranquila para descansar pero con todo cerca para poder disfrutar y no tener que cojer el.coche como por ejemplo cala para snorkel y baño genial chiringuito para comer perfecto y Aldy y baxar para tus compras diarias. A la casa no la falta ningun detalle tanto en la cocina como las habitaciones y la zona de Barbacoá y piscina. Y de Calpe y Moraira a 10 minutos en coche. Luego la anfitriona de la casa muy amable en todo momento y dispuesta a ayudar. Recomiendo esta Villa, nosotros repetiremos. Muchas gracias por todo.

Great stay nice location

Had a lovely weeks stay in a great location to explore the beautiful coast. Beach is a short walk and shops nearby. Aldi opened while we were there and as expected was reasonable to get provisions. Great and quick commications with Anne, the host, who was very knowledgable and helpful. Beds were comfy amd new and the villa had everything we needed. Excellent!

Lovely villa and a fantastic location for a relaxing holiday

The villa is very nice, bether than the pictures are showing. The area with the pool is great, and from two of the terraces you have a ocean view. It takes two minutes to go to the sweetest little beach. The nature arond the villa/beach i astonishing. It´s a fantastic place for relaxing and if you want a bigger beach or more shops,restaurants and night life its only 5-10 min with car to Moira and Calp. We were there in the middle of october we had 24-30 C and the water in the pool and ocean were 25-26 C. Finally I want to thank Anne. She is the kindest landlady I have ever met. She is so helpful and throughout a good person.. So thank you for a fantastic holiday from Me and my family.

Lovely villa in a very nice location only a few minutes walk from the beach. Villa was very clean and comfortable with everything you could need provided. Anne was very welcoming and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby with a bar on the beach that also served good food.

Prachtige villa vakantie aan zee

Onze gastvrouw Anne was heel gastvrij en had wat eerste benodigdheden klaargezet bij onze late aankomst. Het huis, zeg maar villa, is fantastisch met diverse terassen in/uit de schaduw. De buitenkeuken is heel uitgebreid met 3 verschillende bak/ovens, mooi overdekt bij een heerlijk zwembad. De 2 kamers beneden waren (door de hittegolf 32-34c) wel warm, maar Anne bracht 2 extra vans. De masterbedroom heeft wel airco en die deed het prima. We hebben een fantastische week gehad en diverse strandjes met eettentjes bezocht. Anne heeft ook uitgebreide info gedeeld over wat er allemaal te doen is. Tijd te kort voor ons. We komen graag nog een keer terug. Thanks Anne!! Fam. Koenders 8-15 juli 2023

eine rundum tolle Woche

Wir hatten das Haus mit 5 Freunden gemietet. Es war komplett mit Allem eingerichtet. Es gehlte an nichts. Das Beste war die Aussenküche direkt am Pool... Ein super freundliche und nette Vermieterin, die jederzeit Rede und Antwort stand wenn wir Fragen hatten . Es ist eine kleine Ortschaft, man ist schon auf das Auto angewiesen. Aber das war das geringste Problem. 5 Sterne für Anne

Great break for all family

The accommodation with different places to sit & the outside kitchen with a pizza oven were all very welcome. We enjoyed the fact that one could walk to a decent restaurant & a small beach was close by as well as a coastal path. The accomodation was very satisfactory & Anne Bain was extremely helpful.
