Enjoy your own private, newly renovated studio on the lower level of my split-level home—centrally located near beaches, downtown, and everything Southern Maine has to offer!
This spacious studio features a brand-new king bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, futon, desk, dresser, closet, and A/C. The private full bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, along with a washer and dryer that is shared for household use.
Guests also have access to the outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
The location is unbeatable—just minutes from:
Major highways and the Amtrak train station
Downtown Saco & Biddeford
10 minutes to Old Orchard Beach and nearby coastal spots
20 minutes to downtown Portland
Walking distance to local shops, cafes, and restaurants
The Eastern Trail entrance is right behind the house—ideal for biking, hiking, and running
Please note: I live upstairs with my two friendly Ragdoll cats, who may come say hello! The studio is directly below my main living space, so you may occasionally hear footsteps or cats at play. If you're a light sleeper or allergic to cats, this may not be the best fit. A box fan is provided in the closet for white noise.
