Enjoy your own private studio on the lower level of my split-level home—centrally located near beaches, downtown, and everything Southern Maine has to offer!

This spacious studio features a brand-new king bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, futon, desk, dresser, closet, and A/C. The private full bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, along with a washer and dryer that is shared for household use.

Guests also have access to the outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

The location is unbeatable—just minutes from:

Major highways and the Amtrak train station

Downtown Saco & Biddeford

10 minutes to Old Orchard Beach and nearby coastal spots

20 minutes to downtown Portland

Walking distance to local shops, cafes, and restaurants

The Eastern Trail entrance is right behind the house—ideal for biking, hiking, and running

Please note: I live upstairs with my two friendly Ragdoll cats, who may come say hello! The studio is directly below my main living space, so you may occasionally hear footsteps or cats at play. If you're a light sleeper or allergic to cats, this may not be the best fit. A box fan is provided in the closet for white noise.

Great location near vacation spots, restaurants, and stores, but far enough away to be quiet. Nice rail trail next door for exercise as well. Extremely clean and more spacious than expected for a studio. The cats are absolutely adorable as well!

I travel a lot and this is the best Studio VRBO I have ever stayed in. Great place. Bed was super comfortable and Melissa the host is great. If I ever am back in the area and need a place to stay, this is the first place I will check.

Great place! Host was very friendly, extremely quick to communicate. Very clean. Gave us a wide range of eateries around the area. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub as we were on the go. Bed is VERY comfy. The cats are beautiful and friendly. Would stay again!!

Melissa's studio was just right for what I was doing, and the hot tub was much appreciated after a 30-mile bike ride. The cats Apollo and Helios are very friendly and sweet. We did notice an unexpected and significant amount of noise upstairs late Saturday night, including the sound of something heavy falling over or being dropped. Quite a bit of light comes into the studio during the night; some blackout blinds or curtains might help with this (or bring your eye mask if that sort of thing bothers your sleep). Melissa communicated clearly and quickly and was very accommodating of our two separate vehicles. I would recommend.
