This is Cabin Seven, tucked within the forest canopy on the grounds of Maple Lake - perfect for those seeking stillness, trails, and wooded serenity. Your full-board stay includes a private cabin, all meals, sauna access, housekeeping, seasonal outdoor activities, and immersive access to healing nature. A serene escape exclusively for adults.

Cabin Seven’s picture window opens to the winding path that leads toward the ceremony dome - a trail lit by flickering solar lights at night and quietly used by deer and fawns by morning. This peaceful forest-facing retreat feels close to nature and quietly connected to the land.

Each cabin suite is approximately 450 square feet and equipped with one organic queen bed, a walk-in shower, and a deep soaker tub. Interiors are modern and light-filled, featuring a private deck and window seat to quiet your mind and immerse you in nature. Cabins do not include a kitchenette - instead, enjoy chef-prepared meals serviced daily as part of your full-board retreat.

The Area:
Situated on the shores of Maple Lake, between Haliburton and Minden Ontario, Dimensions spans over 40 acres of lush woodlands, tranquil glades, and sparkling waters.

In summer and fall, witness the forest transition from deep greens to vibrant yellows and oranges. Maple, oak, and poplar trees line the trails, and evenings end around the glow of a crackling campfire. This all-season retreat responds to nature’s rhythms, offering a deep connection to yourself, others, and the land.

All Dimensions guests gather for meals at the communal harvest table in the Maple Lodge Dining Room. Dimensions’ culinary team caters to your bio-individuality with organic, nourishing meals made from local ingredients. Chef-prepared, plant-based, and protein diet menus are tailored to enhance each guest’s mind-body connection. No dairy, no refined sugars and gluten free meals. (Milk/cream is accessible for your coffee & tea).

Menus are not shared in advance of arrival - rest assured, Dimensions collects your dietary preferences and delivers on them three times a day (9am breakfast, 1pm lunch, 6pm dinner), including snacks. Meals are planned before you arrive, and all dietary and nutritional needs will be catered to.

Restore a sense of balance with modifying group practices such as somatic experiencing, biofeedback, breathwork, yoga and mindfulness-based nature walks. Dimensions wellness therapies support the deep healing effects of being in nature. We will capture your additional activity preferences and inform you of the nominal charges in advance of your arrival.

After booking, you will receive a link to complete your pre-arrival forms, including dietary preferences and the option to book wellness services. On the day of your arrival, Dimensions' lodge hosts will contact you directly with your check-in details.

Please note that this is a bring-your-own-alcohol retreat. While alcohol is not served here, guests are welcome to enjoy their own beverages throughout the property. Each cabin includes a mini fridge for your convenience. For safety and wellness purposes, alcohol must not be consumed prior to any scheduled treatments or services.

This retreat is dog-friendly! Guests must bring a crate, and a $75 cleaning fee applies.
