We're happy to offer a Capitol Hill haven to our guests!
Our rental unit is a cozy one-bedroom apartment on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of Capitol Hill. You’ll be a short (and beautiful!) walk from the U.S. Capitol, Supreme Court, Union Station, Union Market, Eastern Market, and H Street, with easy access to public transport, dining, shopping, and nightlife. The apartment is a completely independent unit (no connecting staircase to the main house). 100% smoke-free.

Great location & friendly hosts

I had a very smooth experience from start to finish. Sara and Mark were excellent communicators who made the entire process effortless.The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing and served as a perfect base for my visit. The layout worked well, and all the essential amenities were there.I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a straightforward, comfortable stay with hosts who are easy to work with.Thanks to Sara and Mark for being such welcoming hosts!
