Built in 1900, this park-side home blends the comfort of new renovations with the charm of historic LaGrange. Newly renovated and ready for couples, small groups, or families, Park Place is right across the street from Southbend Park and a short walk to all that historic downtown LaGrange has to offer including Wild Leap Brewery, Nutwood winery, and a number of local eateries.

Park Place is convenient to LaGrange College, West Georgia Technical College, and Point University and located about half-way between the Atlanta airport (58 miles) and Auburn Alabama (43.5 miles), Columbus Georgia (40 miles), and Fort Benning Georgia (52 miles) making it the perfect "Staycation" destination.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the beds you have slept in unmade. Collect and place any used towels by washer/dryer.
If there are any dirty dishes, load and start the dishwasher (dishwasher pods are in the cabinet next to the dishwasher).
Turn the thermostat to 75 degrees in the summer/68 degrees in the winter. Take all trash from the house out to the receptacle by the back deck. Make sure to turn off all the lights and lock the doors!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Charming house that had the touches of home. The main room was a great size to be able to visit, and the house had everything we needed and more. The park is a great attraction if you have kids or want to go walk. Close to a lovely downtown area with lots of shopping, restaurants, and a great town square! Would definitely recommend. Host was very responsive and helpful! Thanks again for a great stay!

Friends & I took a trip to LaGrange to go to the Biblical History Center & more in that area. We decided to try a house instead of a hotel.. we found this cute house & we enjoyed it alot, we each had our own rooms, we all sat & watched movies in the living room, Had the full kitchen for our food & snacks. Real close to historic downtown shops & restaurants (we tried alot of different places to eat & we took home more than we brought from the shopping we did... lol) Thank you for opening up your house for others to have a home away from home :)

Host was responsive and helpful. Property has been renovated. They have put a lot of work into it but the floors are a little uneven. House was clean and nicely decorated. This is a great place if you love trains. A short walk is a place that you can watch them. There is a wonderful park/playground area steps away great for kids. They also have a skate park so bring your scooters and skates. The brewery is within walking distance and they have a food truck with simple smash burgers but the loaded fries are great.
