The house was clean and ready to go. The location is convenient to Louisville, quiet nice neighborhood. Spacious house. Poker table. Back deck and fenced in yard. We enjoyed our stay. No complaints. Easy check in and check out.

Weekend Stay

We stayed in this home for the weekend with 3 adults and 4 kids of varying ages. It’s a beautiful, cozy home in the location we needed with a great home layout for traveling in a larger group. Unfortunately we had some issues during our stay. The main suite in the basement had dead begs all over the floor and you can hear rodents extremely loudly running through the ceiling at night - we couldn’t use this room. We reached out to the property and she asked us to send a video so she can call pest control, but she stopped responding once we sent the video. Our door entry code did not work, but property management did get us a knew code. The back sliding door does not have a lock - it was removed and instead there was a bar wedged. With kids, this was hard for me as it’s a safety concern. The bathroom showers only had conditioner and lotion. We checked all bathroom storage areas and that’s all we found. Property management said you can find those in the garage apparently. This was frustrating because this vrbo was really just a place for us to sleep and get cleaned up before attending a funeral, so not having shampoo or soap located anywhere in the bathrooms made that challenging. I reached out to management and was told she won’t do anything to help us feel better about or bad stay, just said “it’s squirrels it’s happened before”. So I wouldn’t book here again, which is unfortunate because with the right management, this could be an awesome rental house.

Didn't have a lot of contact with her.Asked if we could check in an hour early because we had an appointment She stated she could not give me an answer. Came to the house and the cleaning lady was still there. It was not 4:10. Needless to say we were late.
