I chose this neighborhoodfor it's central location. Just 12 minutes from downtown and the Bourbon Nulu district with exsquite bars and restaurants, just blocks away from Cardinal Staduim and the Fairgrouunds. From eye sight of the iconic Churchill Downs, 12 minutes from Bardstown Rd and 6 minutes from the Louisville
