We traveled with 6 adults and 3 children; we arrived late Saturday afternoon. there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed! We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not cleaned before our arrival. The master bedroom was very warm and not getting any a/c. The property manager, David came out the next day and brought someone with him who adjusted the very complicated thermostat and that seemed to help. David also had pool cleaners come out on Monday to clean the dirty pool. Everyone loved the pool and the 2 year old wouldn’t get out of the pool or trampoline! We think for the condition of the house itself, the rate was high. However, we wanted a pool and hot tub and it was difficult to find one in that area. We have a few suggestions below.1. Put some type of non-slip rug just inside and one outside the kitchen door to catch any water drips from suits. We tried to always dry off good, but kids run in and out.2. Replace the carpet in the 3 (non master) bedrooms upstairs. All three rooms had humps in the carpet (trip hazard) and one had a large amount of red paint or crayon all over the carpet. It was nasty to just look at; I couldn’t live with that if this was my home. 3. Have a printed manual for various operations of the tvs, projectors, thermostats, etc., along with local places to eat and activities to do.4. Clean the rubber liner of the washer; it looks like it had a lot of mold on it
