Romantic original Provencal Bastide between Saint Tropez and Provence

Built in the 19th century, our house offers the charm of the ancient provencal building with modern features. Located in the countryside around Flayosc the property stands on its own 1/2 hectare of ground in a very quiet surroundings, with its own olive trees. The property is nestled in forest and wineyards. Only 3 kilometers from Flayosc and its weekly provencal market, we are only 40 minutes away from the Lake de Sainte Croix and the Gorges du Verdon (rafting, canoying and the beautiful village of Moustier Sainte Marie) and from the Golfe of Saint Tropez. Nearby you can go hikking, climbing, visiting some of the most famous wineyards properties, discovering Tourtour, Lorgues, Tarandeau or Salernes or simply enjoying the quietness of a real provencal holiday!

Charming and comfortable house

Nice and charming house, we had a wonderfull stay with the family. Very complete and everything you expect from a French house. Something to realise: if you want to visit the popular locations, count 1 hour for every 60km. Realising this, both the gorges du verdon and the coast are within reach.

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, inoubliables moments et surtout la sensation de paix, coupés du monde, apaisement... Ce fut un séjour très reposant. C'est un endroit excentré du centre-ville et c'était ce qu'il nous fallait. Un immense terrain où chacun a pu trouver son moment de tranquillité. Je suis arrivée à cette location submergée d'émotions juste à voir l'environnement... je n'avais plus envie de repartir. Merci Avtar pour votre accueil et surtout de nous avoir proposé un endroit si magnifique. C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous reviendrons à cette location.

Ce fut un régal de passer ces quelques jours dans cette propriété. Nous nous y sommes senti réellement comme chez nous. L’atmosphère que dégage cette maison est un bonheur ! Ce fut l’occasion pour nous de se retrouver à 3 générations. Les enfants ont passé leur temps à l’extérieur, les portables n’avaient même plus grâce à leurs yeux ! Mon père a réussi le temps de ces quelques jours oublier ses peines, et a particulièrement adoré jouer à la pétanque avec ses enfants et ses petits enfants ! Et ma sœur, mon mari et moi avons tout apprécié : le calme, la beauté des paysages, et la sérénité qui y régnait. Merci de nous avoir permis de vivre ces petits bonheurs ressourçant grâce à l’ambiance que vous avez su maintenir dans votre bien.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison de campagne pleine de charme et décorée avec goût. La maison est très belle, le jardin extérieur très agréable. Très calme. Tout confort. Literie confort et maison propre. En revanche, difficile d'avoir du réseau téléphonique mais cela permet de déconnecter. Nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires avant notre arrivée. Un bon temps d'hiver à Flayosc

En pleine campagne,maison agréable, décorée avec goût, cuisine confortable et très bien équipée. A signaler cependant pour l'une des chambres d'enfants l'accès bas de plafond et l'escalier un peu dangereux pour les jeunes enfants. Sinon la maison a été parfaite pour le rassemblement familial que nous souhaitions. Nous nous sentions chez nous. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos petits enfants. Contact téléphonique agréable avec les propriétaires.

Why they chose this property

Living in Germany, our family was looking for an original Bastide not far from our sailing boat so that we could enjoy the charm of the mediterranean climate as I was born not far in Nice. We fell in love with La Gardette!
