We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house and the view was incredible. Sitting on the deck having coffee every morning and looking out to the harbour was breathtaking. Would highly recommend it!

Beautiful waterfront location. Patio had barbeque and propane firepit. Amazing sunsets. Very clean and I would recommend this place.

The location was excellent - right on the coast and in walking distance to a local pub/restaurant. The house was very well set up, very clean and newly renovated with all of the amenities. We had a wonderful stay and were even fortunate to see a fewIcebergs that had found their way around the bend in Sleepy Cove. Friendly locals, gorgeous scenery and a very special part of the world!

We just arrived at home from Newfoundland and we miss it already! We spent 6 glorious days and nights at Whales & Trails! I was overwhelmed when we walked in the door! So spacious, so incredibly clean, so new and so cozy at the same time. This host has thought of everything. The kitchen sink was a dream come true and everything else was immaculate and plentiful. Every appliance you might need is at your finger tips, plenty of counter space and the view is amazing! We looked at the two bedrooms and half bath upstairs and they were great but for just two of us they went unused. The living room and deck facing the water is lovely and the gas firepit outside is an added special touch. The house is located in a great spot on the water and close to town. It would be ideal for a few couples, or a family with kids. Thank you for sharing this beautiful spot with us. I hope to come back soon and stay here again!

Very happy with the property, very clean and beautifully done throughout. Could use a propane BBQ though and privacy glass in the front door, as bathroom is across from main bedroom and to go from one room to the other, you go right pass the front door !!would definitely use this property again

House was fantastic. It was bright and clean with a great view. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck with the fire pit and a glass of wine. We got permission from the host to pick a few stalks of rhubarb and made homemade jam to use during our stay!
