Seagull's View - Breezy 1 Bedroom with Seaview in the Heart of Rovinj's Old Town

Unwind in this lovely attic apartment and soak up the views over neighbouring rooftops all the way to the island of Sveta Katarina and the town port. Filled with light, the space has loads of windows that let in a fresh sea - breeze. The bedroom features a cozy queen bed, an additional aircon unit and black-out roller blinds, the perfect combo for a good night's sleep. Located in the pedestrian zone and cannot be accessed by car. Off-property garage space available as well as electric cart transfer / in the summer season only. (Disclaimer - the hallway steps that lead up to the apartment are incredibly steep, especially the first set when you just enter the building and this accommodation is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility). There are 50 steps to get to the flat. Not suitable for children, infants or those with reduced mobility

There are bins (marked in 4 languages) , up Montalbano street as you pass the stone building at the top of the stone stairs. Please take down the rubbish from the bathroom and kitchen and recyclabes
